"Our Duty and Our Salvation": the Lenten Paradox of Gratitude
Deepen your faith through genuine connections with others on a spiritual pilgrimage to Easter Sunday. This year, we explore the Lenten paradox of gratitude, which is “our duty and our salvation."
This seminar consists of guided deep reading of scripture and poetry, meditative prayer, and LIVE online sessions with a small cohort.
No prior expertise is necessary! Whether you are just coming into the faith, desiring deep engagement, or looking for a unique Lenten experience, this seminar meets you right where you are. Let us accompany you in slowing down and preparing your heart for the Paschal Mystery.

THIS LENT, WE RETURN TO THE LORD WITH GRATITUDE.
“What other nation is so great as to have their gods near them the way the Lord our God is near us whenever we pray to him?”
— Deuteronomy 4:7
Lent, the Church’s major season of penance, unites us all in our sinfulness and trains us for repentance. But it also reveals to us how near God is, and how much He loves us, even to death. We are given great hope in the Lenten season.
Lent transforms our hearts, if we let it, from hearts of inward-looking despair to uplifted hearts filled with gratitude.
